Terms of Service

Please follow my T.O.SBe sure to read it before you buy something from me!General information
• You cannot claim my art, designs, or other works/commissions made by me as your own. Please be sure to credit me when posting it on other sites.
• You cannot use my art in AI training or data set.
• You cannot make changes on your own or have it edited by a 3rd party.
• I suggest you to not post the original full-sized file online, to prevent someone from stealing or monetizing it.
• You will receive only the digital art file. I do not work with printed commissions nor any other physical art merch.
• If you'd like your artwork to be private and not posted it may cost extra.• Every finished commission will be sent via e-mail with a download link, if something happens, please let me know as soon as possible, I do not keep files in my drive for a long time, so any lost files that weren’t saved within 2 weeks are the responsibility of the customer and therefore won’t be refunded.
• Feel free to DM me by clicking on the socials listed on the home page!Artist rights• As an artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork: posting it to my sites, making speed paints, or presenting it in my portfolios/artbooks.
• I have the right to post the commission online unless there’s a due date (eg. birthdays, release date), then I will wait accordingly.
• I have the right to use your
commission as a visual example for future commissions and catalogs.
• I have the right to decline a commission request for any reason.
• It may take a while to finish the commission. Unless it is a priority commission then it'll be completed within the agreed deadline (usually 5 to 30 days).
• Please be patient and keep in mind that I work with multiple commissions simultaneously, in addition to other personal responsibilities that I have, I ask you to be kind in case I take a little longer with your order because I want to deliver the best result of my work to you!
•Yes! You can use fanarts I drew, commissions that you bought of your characters as your profile picture, banner and so on, just don't use any commissions or drawings you don't bought or owe (i would ask kindly to leave my credits).
•DO NOT trace any of my drawing without permission. Ask before you try to use them for training, in that case I'll gladly explain of how you can use trace for training.

Yes! You can request as many drawings you want! Unless it's a slot batch, then I'll have a limit (1 drawing per person).Can I request a drawing?
Currently i cant take requests because commissons already take most of my free time but i have plans for it in the future.You do adoptables?
I currently dont have plans to do adopts.How does the payment works? Do you accept spread as a payment?
•I only accept money as payment via Wise (Mas se você mora no Brasil eu aceito pix, transferência bancária também.)

•All payments are paid upfront, the commission will be started only after the payment has been made.
If I’m unable to do your commission, I’ll fully refund you. Otherwise, no refunds.
Working progress
• Commissioner will receive a draft sketch for approval, please list all the changes when receiving these sketches. If everything is approved then I'll proceed to the next step. Then I'll repeat that process till the end.
• In the sketch phase, I do not charge for changes.
• If you want to change anything in the finished piece that wasn’t mentioned beforehand, it'll take a fee depending on the changes. Any missing or wrong details from my side will be fixed for free. You always receive the PNG file of your artwork along with the different versions and a small watermark.
Priority commissons
• You can order a priority commission when you want to skip the waitlist and get the commissions done by a deadline. The priority fee is up to 75% of the base price.
